Inspector Lynley Mysteries (Original Title: The Inspector Lynley Mysteries ) is a British crime series of the BBC based on the novel by Elizabeth George templates. In the United Kingdom, the 2001 series began with the sequence A Great Deliverance. In Germany the consequences since 2002 on ZDF in the series Sunday thrillers and then ZDFneo be broadcast.

Detective Sergeant Barbara Havers ( Sharon Small ) Havers moved from patrol to the CID and is unlike Inspector Lynley from a humble background. She is a courageous and cheerful, but also high-handed woman in her mid -thirties, who has her investigation straightforward and unabashedly. Detective Sergeant Barbara Havers, will soon be returned to their unauthorized actions because, briefly deprived of their rank, but because of their courage.
