The Last Hero in America ( The Last American Hero ) is an American film drama directed by Lamont Johnson from the year 1973.

Action

Elroy Jackson Jr. helps his father, who is burning illegal alcohol. His dream is of a racing driver.

The father of Junior is arrested. Junior starts with an old car in a race. He is successful as an athlete, but privately he experienced an unfulfilled love. On him pressure is applied to join a strong team. In order to finance the participation in the race, Elroy Jackson Jr. and his brother burn illegal alcohol. This angered the father of two who is released from prison. He slaps Junior and thinks that his sons had no idea about the prison - they should not risk to get there.

Junior starts for a large team. He wins the race and is the team owner better financial conditions than before from.
