The Life of Zamenhof

Vivo de Zamenhof (Esperanto for "The Life of Zamenhof " ) is a biography of Ludwik Zamenhof Lejzer, the founder of the International Language Esperanto, the Swiss private Edmond conceived in Esperanto and wrote. In 1920 she appeared for the first time with 208 pages; a second, 109 -page edition followed in 1923.

  • Doktoro E., idealista profeto ( Doctor Esperanto, an idealistic prophet )
  • Homarano ( humanist )
  • Kongresaj paroladoj ( speeches at congresses )
  • Lingvisto ( Linguist )
  • Verkisto ( writer )
  • Etika pensulo ( An ethical philosopher)
  • Homo Ce morto ( A person close to death ).

This biography was published in 1931 in English and 1934 in the Dutch translation. There were other issues in Esperanto. Among other things, was published by the UEA 2007 supplemented by the German historian Ulrich Lins to source information, an updated bibliography and other materials version.
