The Ninja Master is a short-lived American television series from 1984 with Lee Van Cleef in the title role.
Framework for action
John Peter McAllister is the only non-Japanese who has made it to the rank of a ninja master. However, he broke with his clan and had to flee. Now he roams with his new pupil Max Keller on the United States in search of his daughter and helps those who find themselves in need. He must defend himself from time to time the acting on behalf of his former clan assassin, his former student Okasa.
Broadcast
The series was broadcast on NBC in the United States. The series was with the U.S. audience with little success, which is why it was taken off after 13 episodes. In Germany it was erstausgestrahlt on ProSieben from January 1992 Monday 20:15 clock.
