Object of My Affection ( engl. The Object of My Affection ) is an American comedy film from the year 1998. Was directed by Nicholas Hytner, the screenplay was written by Wendy Wasserstein, based on a novel by Stephen McCauley. The main roles were played by Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston.
Action
The teacher George Hanson puts an end to his friend and pulls into the Brooklyn apartment of the social worker Nina Borowski as a lodger. Borowski and Hanson do a lot together in their free time, they attend a dance school. Hanson's brother tries to find a new friend for him; He arranges a meeting with a doctor, but George does not appeal. Nina's friend McBride is worried and asks both George and Nina, whether the friendship between the two was really platonic.
Borowski is pregnant but does not want to marry her boyfriend Vince McBride. Soon, Nina falls in love with George, and suggested he shared rearing of the child. The interest of Nina George is taller than he tells us that he had a girlfriend in high school, with which he was sleeping. However, Hanson loves a man. Finally, Nina finds another partner, it still remains friends with Hanson and moved with him and the new partner, her daughter Molly.
