The Penalty is an American silent film drama directed by Wallace Worsley. The film was released in August 1920 in the United States in the cinemas.

Action

A Young amputated both legs after an accident by the inexperienced surgeon Dr. Ferris unnecessarily. 27 years later, the boy has become a master criminal blizzard. The policeman Lichtenstein removed the undercover rose in its organization. Dr. Ferris has now become a respected surgeon, whose daughter is dedicated to the sculpture.
