The Pink Blueprint

The Pink Blueprint is an American animated short film directed by Hawley Pratt from the year 1966.

Action

A small white man has a blue blueprint for a classic, residential building with him and begins with the construction preparations. The Pink Panther has other plans: His pink blueprint provides an extravagant, built in round shapes Villa ago. The Pink Panther tries, the male foist his plan, but the attempt fails. Now he begins to sabotage the work of the male and enforce his design: where the male is building corners, the Panthers saw and cut it round, door frames are sawed and set nails again.

At the end succeeds in males, include the Pink Panther in a room full of color. The Pink Panther now dips his blueprint in blue color and has replaced his unnoticed against the blueprint of the male, which begins eager to build now and at the end starts from the construction site. The Pink Blueprint appeared as the 18th film of the Pink Panther Theatrical Cartoon Series to the Pink Panther, which ran under the name The Pink Panther in Germany. The film was released in the U.S. cinemas on 25 May 1966.

Awards

The Pink Blueprint 1967 for an Oscar in the category " Best Animated Short Film " nomination, but could not prevail against A Herb Alpert & the Tijuana Brass Double Feature itself. After The Pink muckraker, who won an Oscar in 1965, it was the second Oscar nomination for a Pink Panther movie.
