I, Chiara and the Dark ( Original title: Io, Chiara e lo scuro ) is an Italian comedy film directed by Maurizio Ponzi from the year 1982.

Action

The young hotel porter Francesco is a very good pool player, but never wins when he plays for money. He is challenged by the long-standing Italian Champion Scuro to a game that he can not refuse. He loses a large amount of money. A little later, meets Francesco night Chiara, a saxophone player. The two fall in love. In order to pay the money lost to Scuro, he steals the money from the safe of his employer. His only chance to settle the debt, the Italian championship is to win.
