The Secret Is Love

The Secret Is Love is a song by the Austrian musician Nadine Beiler. It was the Austrian contribution to the Euro Vision Song Contest 2011.

Background

In the fall of 2010, Nadine Beiler applied at Good Morning Dusseldorf, which, of Ö3 and the ORF television discharged national preliminary to the Euro Vision Song Contest 2011. Asked you the music producer Thomas Rabitsch she knew of their participation in the talent show Star Mania since the end of 2006 for them to compose a song. Rabitsch wrote her the ballad The Secret Is Love. After the song was sent to Ö3, Beiler reached the phase of the best thirty participants. There, she made it as runner-up in the top ten and eventually won the competition for participation in Dusseldorf.

On April 9, Nadine Beiler came into the show Wir sind Kaiser, where she sang a satirical German -language version of the song. A few weeks later, a dance remix appeared on The Secret Is Love.

Euro Vision Song Contest 2011

"The Secret Is Love" ranked at the 56th Euro Vision Song Contest in Dusseldorf on 18th place with 64 points.
