The Story of Us (film)

The Story of Us ( Original title: The Story of Us ) is an American film drama directed by Rob Reiner from 1999 and starring Bruce Willis and Michelle Pfeiffer. .

Action

Ben Jordan is a comedy writer and married to the crossword puzzle designer Katie for 15 years. But the marriage is stuck: you live mainly their children Erin and Josh 's sake, more in rituals. While Ben and his wife accuses that it lacks spontaneity, she claims that her husband was too little responsibly. When the children leave over the summer holidays to summer camp, the couple decides to separate.

Film Music

In available on the DVD making-of director Rob Reiner tells that he really wanted to win Eric Clapton for the soundtrack. He sent Clapton a rough cut version of the film and got a few weeks later from this a demo tape on which Clapton had recorded some songs that were eventually used in the film.
