The Tender Tale of Cinderella Penguin, French title La Tendre Histoire de Cendrillon pingouin, is a Canadian animated short film by Janet Perlman from the year 1981.

Action

A romantic predisposed Penguin female lives with the mother and her two stepsisters in a house. While she has to do the housework, the other always clean out. One day, the Prince invites you to a ball and mother and step- sisters go richly dressed down. The penguin, who is responsible for housework sad remains back. Suddenly a small Pinguinfee appears transformed in mice Penguin horses and a pumpkin in the garden in a carriage. The penguin gets a festive dress, white high heel shoes in the form of flippers and the obligation to be back home until midnight.

At the ball the prince dances only with the penguin, who breaks but precipitously shortly before midnight. He loses a shoe.
