The Third Twin

The Third Twin is a novel by Ken Follett. The original title was The Third Twin and was released in 1997.

The book deals with the problems of genetic research and cloning. The main role will be a temporary professor who is trying to find twins who grow up separately and unaware of the other, to find out whether and to what extent the character of a person is genetically predetermined or whether the environment in which one grows up, plays a crucial role.

Here, she meets a young man who has a twin, of which he knows nothing and is in prison.

Over time to detect the two ongoing investigations, that there are not only two, but eight " twins ." However, these are only in the biological sense, multiple births, since they were cloned.
