Their most famous hit was the single " Wild Thing" (originally by Jordan Christopher & The Wild Ones, 1965), written by Chip Taylor, reached number 2 in the UK charts and number one in the United States (July 1966). By combining a simple catchy guitar riffs and flirtatious lyrics, it quickly became a garage rock standard.
