The Wannsee Conference is a German TV movie from the year 1984.
Action
The film takes place on 20 January 1942 in Berlin. The SS -Obergruppenführer Reinhard Heydrich has invited representatives of various ministries and departments of the Third Reich to a conference in a villa on Lake Wannsee. The session lasts about 85 minutes. The film documents the course of this meeting, which has become known as the Wannsee Conference in the story. At the request of Hermann Goering, this group advises headed by Heydrich organizational issues related to the so-called Final Solution of the Jewish question (see Holocaust ). The film was based on the original protocol.
