Action

The Extra-Terrestrial (Brad Dourif ) tells of the settlement plans of his people from the planet Wild Blue Yonder in the Andromeda galaxy, and tells the story of two intergalactic settlement projects. The inhabitants of the planet Wild Blue Yonder tried decades ago to settle on Earth because their home planet was always hostile to life and went down in the water. During the long journey to Earth, however, knowledge is eroded, the technical feats that were required for the construction of the space ship, can no longer be repeated. Arrived in the California desert, try the aliens to make a counter-proposal to the American capital Washington and to found a city, but fail with this project. The city is abandoned.

The aliens tries to integrate on Earth and works at the CIA, where he is involved as observer in the resumption of the investigation of the UFO crash at Roswell. The UFO is a spaceship of aliens from the Andromeda galaxy and it contains extraterrestrial organisms, which is erroneously believed that these endanger all life on Earth. Therefore, NASA sends out a mission to foreign galaxies to find habitat for humanity. It is achieved by taking advantage of space tunnels, which are based on string theory, to reach a planet in the Andromeda galaxy, just the home planet of the aliens. The planet has been around for a long time completely covered by water and uninhabitable. When the mission returns after 800 years, it turns out that the earth has become uninhabitable.
