Thea Musgrave
Thea Musgrave ( born May 27, 1928 in Bamton in Edinburgh) is an American composer of Scottish origin.
Musgrave studied at the University of Edinburgh and in Paris before she established herself as a composer in London. In 1971 she married the violinist and opera conductor Peter Mark and moved to the USA in order. In 1974 she was awarded the " Koussevitzky Award".
