Theater am Michelsberg

The Theater am Michel Berg ( abbreviation: TaM ) is a theater in the historic town of Bamberg.

The Theater am Michel mountain was called to 2007 Galli Theater Bamberg and played almost exclusively to the works of German author and clowns Johannes Galli. On April 1, 2007, it was renamed after its premises on the Bamberger Michel Berg and since then also performs songs written by other authors.

It offers theatrical performances mainly for children, but also theater and cabaret for adults, as well as lectures and workshops. His motto is We provide leeway, so it also features other artists and writers who are not employed at the theater itself, a stage and invites them to host games. The audience will be under the slogan You are theater asked to intervene in the action on stage and even try out playfully. A storyteller invites children to act out the tale told.
