Theme Park World

Theme Park World ( Sim Theme Park in the United States and Brazil ) is a 1999 released computer business simulation company Bullfrog Productions ( from the Theme Park series ). The aim of the game is to create an amusement park and to lead.

Game play

There are two game modes: Action and Simulation.

The differences are that the simulation mode provides somewhat more detailed settings (eg, in the Action mode automatically researched ) and one in action mode already starts with a small park with some attractions, while one finds an empty park in the simulation mode.

Golden Tickets / key

Another difference of the simulation mode to action mode, the Golden Tickets and Golden Key, which can be used to unlock new attractions and parks. Golden ticket is obtained, for example, if you build a high roller coaster, a certain number of visitors in the park attracts ( 100/200 ... ) or other exceptional performs actions.

With golden tickets you can buy special attractions and three golden tickets to get a golden key.

Parks

It has four different theme parks to choose from:

  • The Lost World (1 golden key required)
  • Halloween ( 1 golden key required)
  • Wonderland ( 3 golden key required)
  • Space Zone (5 golden key required)

Each park has a proper environment and also the appearance eg the attractions and clowns depends on the theme of the park.

Windows 2000/XP Fix

Since Theme Park World for Windows 95/98 is programmed and no longer supported by the resolution of Bullfrog exist, it does not easily under Windows 2000/XP. However, there is an unofficial patch from Adam Hearn, which fixes a font error that occurs on Windows 2000/XP after a game crash. Although this fix has been developed for Windows 2000/XP, it can be used on Windows 7 Vista /.
