Themed walk

A theme trail is a hiking trail with information boards provided with certain thematic scope, such as regional history, industrial history, mining and timber industries. Special nature (eg, high moors, biotopes ) or geology are often designed as a special nature trails. Responsible for establishing and maintaining are municipalities or local associations as a rule.

The paths usually have a length of several kilometers and serve alongside education tasks of recovery. You can thematically related places, buildings or natural phenomena through a signposted route connect, but also show specially placierte exhibits.
