Theo Breuer

Theo Breuer ( born March 30, 1956 in Bürvenich ) is a German writer and editor.

Life and work

After high school, Theo Breuer studied from 1974 to 1980 German and English at the University of Cologne. Since 1987 he is an author, editor, small publishers and translators of literary texts. His poems (also translated into English, French, Italian, Polish, Romanian and Russian ) have been published in numerous anthologies, literary journals and artist books. He writes lexical items, book reviews, essays on contemporary poetry, visual poetry, mail art, and prose writers and publishing portraits.

Theo Breuer is the editor of lyrical artist's book series edition bauwagen and founded by him in 1993 YE Edition, in the appear next to a poetry series, the poetry magazine leaflet and the box Edition YE. He is a freelancer from literary magazines such as middens and matrix as well as online portals such as cultural notes and Poetenladen.
