Theodor Haag

Theodor " Theo" Hague ( born March 13, 1901 in Le Havre; † August 27, 1956 ) was a German hockey player.

Theodor Hague on SC 1880 Frankfurt debuted in 1925 in the German national hockey team. At the Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 he was captain of the German team, acted in all four games and scored a total of five goals. In the bronze medal match against the Belgian team Hague scored all three goals in a 3-0 victory. Overall, Theodor Hague had 1925-1933 in 22 countries playing with. He was also a two-time national rugby players. He finished his career in 1933, had to be canceled as training hours because SS and SA operated on the club grounds physical education. Hague resigned from the club, who appointed him in return an honorary member. After the Second World War, Hague moved to France.
