Theodore Jennings

Theodore W. Jennings ( born October 24, 1942 in Gainesville, Florida) is an American Methodist theologian.

After the studies of theology Jennings received 1964 BD at Duke University and in 1967 the Ph.D. at Emory University. Jennings taught for three years at the Methodist Seminary in Mexico City. He is an ordained Methodist pastor. Jennings is the United Church of Christ served as Professor of Biblical and Constructive Theology at Chicago Theological Seminary. He writes in his books about the Wesleyan Methodist and faith and LGBT rights.
