Theon Senior (crater)

Theon Senior is an impact crater northwest of the crater Delambre and south of the crater D' Arrest. Together with the few crater diameter in south- southeasterly direction away Theon Junior crater it forms a pair of twins.

Theon Senior is circular and bowl -shaped. At the foot of its steep inner walls there is a small crater floor. The crater shows only minimal signs of erosion caused by impacts and therefore appears to be relatively young.
