Theophilus London
Theophilus London Musa ( born February 23, 1987 in Trinidad ) is an American rapper and producer from Brooklyn, New York.
Life
Theophilus was born on February 23, 1987 in Trinidad. A year later he moved with his family over to the United States and grew up in the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Only at the age of 16, he discovered the music as a form of expression for themselves and began in 2007, after graduating from the Pocono Mountain East High School, working with the New York label Normrex. At this time, he created his first mixtape available for free. In 2011, he released by the label reprise his first EP Lovers Holiday, as well as his first album Timez Are Weird These Days.
The remix of his 2011 published songs Wine & Chocolate by the German DJ duo Andhim came in early 2013 in the German and Austrian charts.
In 2013, Theophilus collaborates among others with musicians such as Drake, Kanye West, Travis Scott, Brodinski and Dev Hynes. He toured in 2013 with Seeed, where he is engaged as the opening act.
