Theory of a Deadman
Theory of a Deadman is a Canadian rock band from Vancouver, which was founded in 2002. Your record contract she signed with 604 Records, a in 2002 by Chad Kroeger, the lead singer of Nickelback, based music label.
Career
Theory of a Deadman released their self-titled debut album, on 17 September 2002. Both singles " Nothing Could Come Between Us " and " Make Up Your Mind" were particularly successful, which allowed them to achieve first mainstream successes.
On 29 March 2005 they finally released their second album, entitled Gasoline. Before this album was released, however, they were with Shinedown and No Address on tour and had a promotional tour with Breaking Benjamin and The Exies run on March 1. The first single of this album was " No Surprise ".
The fact that several songs from Gasoline appeared in the game Fahrenheit, their fame rose sharply. For example, the song " Santa Monica " during the ending sequence ( credits) of the game was played.
The band also played the theme song for World Wrestling Entertainment 's No Way Out 2006, a cover version of " Deadly Game " of the WWE Anthology album. The song was also released on the " WWE Wreckless Intent " album.
On 1 April 2008 their newest album is titled Scars and Souvenirs. The starting single called So Happy. With Bad Girlfriend, they released their most successful single.
To the soundtrack of the movie Transformers - Revenge of the Fallen (2009) she contributed the title Not Meant to Be. On the soundtrack of the successor Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011) Head Above Water its title appeared. This title is also included on the fourth studio album The Truth Is ...
In 2011, the band toured on the " Avalanche Tour" with other bands, such as Skillet, Stone Sour, Halestorm and Art of Dying.
