Theresa Tona

Theresa Tona (born 21 January 1991) is a papua new Guinean Taekwondoin. It starts in the weight category up to 49 kilograms.

Tona played their first international title fights at the Junior World Championship 2008 in Izmir, but where they retired in their opening fight. You could qualify for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, left there from an early stage, however. In 2011 it secured by a win in the oceanic Olympic qualifying tournament in Nouméa participating in their second Olympic Games 2012 in London.
