Thierry Dusautoir

Thierry Dusautoir ( born November 18, 1981 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast ) is a French rugby union player. He plays as a winger for Stade Toulousain and the French national team.

Dusautoir came at the age of ten years with his family to France, where he until he was 16 judo pursued. His rugby career began at Bordeaux Begles, then played one year at U.S. Colomiers before he spent two more seasons with Biarritz Olympique. With Biarritz, he won the French championship against his present club from Toulouse. In the Heineken Cup in the same season the club failed to Munster. In 2008, he failed again in the Irish province team, this time in the jersey of Toulouse.

Dusautoir was 2006, his debut for the French national team against Romania. He was also in the World Cup on home soil in the squad. He came while five appearances. In the quarterfinals, the first attempt succeeded him in the victory over the All Blacks. Also under the new national team coach Marc Lièvremont he belongs to the tribe of the national team. In October 2009 he was appointed captain of France.
