Thomas Francis, Prince of Carignano

Thomas Francis of Savoy ( born December 21, 1595 Turin, † January 22, 1656 ibid ) was from 1620 Prince of Carignan and 1641 Count of Soissons and Dreux. He was the son of Charles Emmanuel I, Duke of Savoy and Prince of Piedmont, and Katharina Michaela from Spain. He is the progenitor of the line of Savoy - Carignan.
