Thomas J. Fitzpatrick (Cavan politician)

Thomas " Tom" J. Fitzpatrick (Irish Tomás Mac Giolla Phádraig, born February 14, 1918 in Scotshouse, County Monaghan, † 2 October 2006) was an Irish politician of the Fine Gael.

Biography

Fitzpatrick initially graduated in law and was then as a consulting lawyer ( solicitor) operates.

His political career began in 1961 when he was first elected as a candidate of the Fine Gael member of the Seanad Éireann. There he belonged until 1965 to the group of administration.
