Thomas Larkin (ice hockey)

Thomas Larkin ( born December 31, 1990 in London, United Kingdom) is an Italian- American ice hockey player who stands in July 2013 in the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League contract.

Career

Thomas Larkin was born in London, the son of a U.S. American and an Italian. When he was three years old, the family moved to Varese. He began his career as a hockey player at the prestigious Phillips Exeter Academy, where he was active from 2007 to 2009. NHL Entry Draft 2009, he was selected in the fifth round at 137th overall position of the Columbus Blue Jackets. From 2009 to 2013 attended the defender Colgate University, for their hockey team he played in the ECAC Hockey. In 2012 he was elected to the third All-Star team ECAC Hockey. In March 2013 he made ​​his professional debut for the Springfield Falcons in the American Hockey League, for which he has already achieved in his second AHL game a hit. Internationally
