Thomas Lund

Thomas Haubro Lund ( born August 2, 1968 in Aarhus ) is a former Danish badminton player.

Career

Thomas Lund was a decade one of the outstanding personalities in the badminton world. He was an outspoken and mixed doubles specialist - in these disciplines, he won all of his great successes. Full vornan are two world titles and three European titles accompanied by several dozen victories in Open Championships and podium finishes in all major international events. Only at the Olympics he achieved no success. Both 1992 and 1996, he retired in the second round of the men's doubles.
