Thomas Piermayr

Thomas Piermayr ( born August 2, 1989) is an Austrian football player. Since 2012 he has been involved in SC Wiener Neustadt in the Austrian Bundesliga.

Club career

Piermayr went through all the youth teams of LASK Linz and played at the Fußballakadmie Linz.

In 2007 he first came into the squad of black-and- white. Since the 2008/ 09 season, he is an integral part of the steel city dwellers. He made ​​his Bundesliga debut on 9 July 2008 with the play of the first round between Kapfenberg SV and LASK, where he appeared as a substitute in the 67th minute for Siegfried Rasswalder. Three days later, on 12 July 2008, he scored in a 3-1 win against SC Rheindorf Altach his first Bundesliga goal assisted by Jürgen Panis.

In July 2011 he signed for Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the Scottish Premier League.

In summer 2012, he returned to Austria and signed a contract with SC Magna Wiener Neustadt.

After just one season in the home that he returned again to the back and moved to Lillestrøm SK in Norway.
