ThunderCats (2011 TV series)

ThunderCats is an American animated television series and a remake of the series ThunderCats, which was produced from 1985 to 1990.

Action

For a long time the ThunderCats lived in the Kingdom of Thundera and happy until one night the lizards army attacked the kingdom in peace under the leadership of Mumm- Ra. Under the command of Lion -O, a small group of ThunderCats has been searching for the book of omens to find a way to Mumm- Ra and beat his army back to flight.

Production

Even before the start of production of the series producers Michael Jelenic and Ethan Spaulding have set the plot of the series and multiple story arcs 13 episodes, each follows its own storyline, divided. By the remake Jelenic and Spaulding wanted to tell a much darker and cineastischere history. Jelenic commented: "The old show felt more like a Saturday morning cartoon series and the new more like a movie." Warner Bros. Animation produced the series, while Studio 4 ° C is responsible for the animation. Kevin Kliesch wrote the music for the series and combined this electronic sounds with classic Orchestra.
