Thure Lindgren

Thure Valdemar Lindgren ( born April 18, 1921 in Jukkasjärvi, † September 2, 2005 ) was a Swedish ski jumper.

Career

1947 Lindgren won the Swedish Championship on the normal hill. In the Nordic World Ski Championships 1950 in Lake Placid Lindgren won behind Norwegian Hans Bjørnstad the silver medal on the large hill. Shortly after he reached at the Olympic Winter Games 1952 in Oslo on the normal hill with jumps of 72.0 and 103.5 m to 40th place.
