Tiago Fernandes

Tiago Fernandes (born 29 January 1993 at Maceió ) is a Brazilian tennis player. Today Fernandes lives in Florianópolis. Fernandes was the number one junior tennis world rankings.

Career

At the age of 16 years Tiago Fernandes became the first Brazilian a Junior Grand Slam title. He won at the 2010 Australian Open and was the number one junior world rankings. In the same year gained of 1.88 m large South American experiences on Futures level. After his first Challenger final in 2011, he made a big jump in the ATP rankings, but fell back again in 2012. On the ATP World Tour in 2010, he gave thanks to a wildcard in Costa do Sauipe in double its debut. In 2011 he was again a wild card for the doubles competition of Nice.
