Tian Yi Ge

The Tianyige library or the Tianyi Pavilion, etc. (Chinese天一阁, Pinyin Tianyi ge) in Ningbo ( the old circle Yin鄞县) west of Lake Mondsee ( Yue Hu) in the Chinese province of Zhejiang is one of the 16th century in built in the Ming Dynasty by Fan Qin范钦for his private collection of famous Chinese library. The oldest existing private library building in China was built in 1561. His collection is now home - after a tumultuous fate - over 300,000 volumes, including 80,000 rare, especially from the time of the Ming Dynasty. In the Collective Work Sibu congkan example, several mingzeitliche prints from the collection are reproduced.

The Tianyige library ( Tianyi ge) is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 2-31 ) since 1982.
