Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area

The Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Area (TEDA ) is an economic development zone near Tianjin in China. It arises since December 6, 1984, located 45 km south-east of Tianjin city in the Tanggu District. Meanwhile, more than 3,300 foreign enterprises have settled in TEDA, including global companies such as Motorola, Nestle, Volkswagen, Continental, Airbus, SEW Euro Drive and Novo Nordisk.
