Tiberiu Bone

Tiberiu Bone ( born April 13, 1929 in Oradea, Bihor, † 22 March 1983) was a Romanian football player and coach. He played 269 games in the highest Romanian football league, the Divizia A.

Career as a player

The career of Tiberiu Bone began in the 1946/47 season at Jiul Petrosani, when he came on 20 October 1946 a first use in Divizia A vn aged 17 years. In Jiul he became the regular players, so that shortly before the end of the season in 1950 the opportunity arose for the Romanian top club CCA Bucharest to change (later Steaua Bucharest). With CCA he won the Romanian Championship and the Romanian Cup four times six times. At the end of the 1961/62 season he hung up his football boots on the nail.

National

Between 1951 and 1961, denied Bone twelve games for the Romanian national football team, but scoring no goals. He had his first operation on May 20, 1951 against Czechoslovakia.

Career as a coach

From 1962 to 1964 Bone was youth coach at Steaua Bucharest. Subsequently he was for many years with some interruptions manager of AS Armata Tirgu Mures.
