Tiers, South Tyrol

Animal ( Italian Tires ) is a town with 963 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in South Tyrol in the near Bolzano at the feet of the Rose Garden.

Geography

The municipality is located in the rear portion of the Tiers valley. About half of its territory located in the Natural Park Sciliar garden. The main access to Tiers leads since the late 1980s from the place Blumau in Eisacktal about Voelser Aicha.
