Tigliole is a municipality with 1703 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the Italian province of Asti (AT ), Region Piedmont.
The municipality consists of the villages Valperosa, Perosini, Prato Morone and Tigliole. The neighboring municipalities are Asti, Baldichieri d'Asti, Cantarana, San Damiano d' Asti and Villafranca d' Asti. The patron saint of the place is San Lorenzo.
Geography
The village lies at an altitude of 239 m above sea level. The municipality covers an area of 16 km ².
Specialty
In Tigliole vines of Barbera for the Barbera d'Asti, a DOCG red wine are grown with status, as well as for the Barbera del Monferrato.
