Tim Holt

Tim Holt ( born February 5, 1918 in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, † February 15, 1973 in Shawnee, Oklahoma, . Actually Charles John Holt III) was an American film actor, of his most famous role in The Treasure of the Sierra Madre afforded.

Already ten years Tim Holt had his debut in the Western " The Vanishing Pioneer " (1928 ).

In the 1940s, who came from a family of actors Holt was considered a " safe bet " in the representation of western heroes in the so-called B-movies and as a sidekick, so supportive supporting cast on the side of renowned Stars in higher-quality Hollywood productions, such as alongside John Wayne in " Stagecoach " or Ginger Rogers in " 5th Avenue Girl".
