Timothy B. Spahr

Timothy " Tim " Bruce Spahr (born 1970 ) is an American astronomer.

Spahr works at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. He discovered between 1993 and 2002 numerous asteroids and was involved in the discovery of several small moons of the planet Jupiter and Saturn, including Callirrhoe and Albiorix.

Bears his name the asteroid ( 2975 ) Spahr. Meanwhile, several of his (co-) discovered comets are named after him.
