Tina Peters

Kristina Peters ( born March 24, 1968 in Münster ) is a German former hockey player and Olympian.

Kristina Peters won in 1985 with the RTHC Bayer Leverkusen their first German title in field hockey. 1987 in Hall and 1990 outdoor followed by two more championship titles. 1996 Peters played at Rot-Weiss Köln.

1988 Kristina Peters won at the Junior European Championships in 1989 she was Junior World Champion. In 1987 debuted the defensive player of the German national hockey team. In 1990, she was part of the winning team at the European Championships in indoor hockey. After the eighth place finish at the 1990 World Cup, the team reached the second place in the European Championship 1991. At the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona Peters was in all five games there and won the silver medal after the 1-2 defeat against Spain. This was followed by the fourth place at the World Championships in 1994 and bronze at the European Championships in 1995. Upon your second at the Olympics in Atlanta in 1996, the German team came in sixth. Overall, Kristina Peters worked from 1987 to 1996 in 91 countries playing with, including 10 in the hall.
