Tiril Eckhoff

Tiril Kamp Haug Eckhoff (born 21 May 1990) is a Norwegian biathlete.

Life and career

Tiril Eckhoff comes from a sports-loving family. Her brother is the biathlon Olympian and world champion Stian Eckhoff, the sister Kaja is biathlete. The Athlete of Fossum IF played in 2008 with the Junior World Championships in Ruhpolding their first international championship and finished there in seventh in singles, 31 in the sprint and 32 in the pursuit. To kick off the 2008 season debut at the Norwegian women in the IBU Cup. In Idre she won as a 31 in her first Sprint equal first points. National Eckhoff won with Fanny Horn and Julie Bonnevie - Svendsen as the representative of Oslo og Akershus region the season title in Stryn at the Norwegian Championships. In 2009, she missed in Lillehammer in fourth place when another medal in the relay race, in 2010 she won with Nicolaisen and Horn in Åmot bronze.
