Titanes Tulancingo

Titanes de Tulancingo is a football club based in Tulancingo de Bravo, the second largest city in the Mexican state of Hidalgo. The Titanes are a farm team of the division club CF Pachuca, their home ground is the Estadio Primero de Mayo in Tulancingo.

History

The Titanes act since the 2006/07 season in the third-tier Segunda División with and occupied during their first four appearances of the half-yearly discharged contests in the seasons 2006 /07 and 2007/ 08 respectively a place in the bottom half of their season.

In the following three seasons (2007 /08 to 2009/10) managed a total of five times to qualify for the discharged in the play-off method championship final. She failed three times in a row ( 2008 and end in two tournaments of the year 2009) to the second team of UAT Correcaminos, against the Titanes in six games managed not a single victory.

Their most successful season was the 2011/12 season, when the Titanes in both tournaments ( Apertura 2011 and Clausura 2012) were able to qualify for the finals. Opponents in both cases was based in the Nezahualcóyotl team of Proyecto Tecamachalco 2000, which could be overcome (each 2-0 ) both in December 2011 ( with 1:1 and 2:0 ) and in May 2012. " Match-winner " of the final games in the second half of the 2011/12 season was Víctor Omar Mañón Barrón, who scored all four goals for a 4-0 overall victory of his team. Master trainer in both cases was Argentinian Rubén Ayala.
