Titus Aurelius Fulvus

Titus Aurelius fulvus was a Roman senator of the late 1st century AD, and father of the late Roman emperor Antoninus Pius.

The fulvus in the family came from Nemausus (Nîmes ) in southern Gaul ( Gallia Narbonensis ). Little is known about fulvus ' senatorial career; he was consul ( consul as full professor ) of the year 89, four years after the second consulate of his father of the same name. Soon after, he must have died, as his 86 -born son Titus Aurelius Antoninus fulvus Boionius Arrius, who later became emperor, to be raised by his grandfathers. Fulvus was married to Arria Fadilla that after his death Publius Julius Lupus (consul 98 ) married.
