Titus Buberník

Titus Bubernik ( born October 12, 1933 Pusté Úľany, Okres Galanta, Czechoslovakia, now Slovakia ) is a former Czechoslovak football player.

The 178 -centimeter midfielder began his career in 1945 in the youth of the ŠK Slovan Bratislava where he spent the next five years. In 1951, he played briefly in the youth of the ZSJ Masna Kročehlavy. As a professional football player Bubernik was under at TJ Spartak Košice VSS (1953-1956), CH Bratislava (1956-1968), the LASK Linz (1968-1970), TJ Trnavka Bratislava (1970-1972) and Slovan Vieden Trnavka (1972-1974) contract. In 1959 he won the Czechoslovak Football Championship, three years later he was " Zaslúžilý majster športu ".

On June 17, 1958, the Czechoslovak made ​​his national team debut in the World Cup match against Northern Ireland (1-2 after extra time ).
