Tqemali (Georgian ტყემალი; tqɛmɑlɪ ) is a very popular in Georgia hot and sour sauce, which consists of boiled or similar mirabelle plum varieties and with different spices (eg coriander, dill, garlic or hot peppers ) is prepared.
