Tobias Kainz (2012 )

Tobias Kainz (born 31 October 1992 in Vienna) is an Austrian football player.

Club career

Kainz began his career in the youth of his home club UPS Edelsbach before he joined the Academy of SK Sturm Graz in 2004. Simultaneously, he completed between 2002 and 2006 the National Training Centre Weiz, where he has already received a permanent athletic care at a young age.

Followed in 2007 with the switch to FK Austria Wien and at the Academy FSA Hollabrunn, the next career step. After a short time in the FSA, he was then scouted by Dutch club SC Heerenveen and contracted.

In Heerenveen he then played at the age of 15 years in the U-19 team which he captained from 2009 to the playing field. For the season 2010/11 he moved for the first time in the B team on ( Jong SC Heerenveen / Emmen FC ), in which he was able to establish also within a short time.

On the final day of the season he was 0-0 against Roda JC Kerkrade his professional debut in the Eredivisie when he came on in the game 77 minutes for the Swede Philip Haglund. End of June 2011, he signed a two -year contract with the Frisians.

National

Kainz went through so far all junior national team of Austria and currently belongs to the U-20 national team.

In 2010 he took part in the U-19 Football Championship, which ended in third place in the group stage and qualifying for the U -20 World Cup for Austria. Kainz came at 2:3 against England in a 1-0 win against the Netherlands for use.

He is currently a member of the Austria's preliminary squad for the Junior World Cup in 2011.
