Todar Mal

Todar time (* in Laharpur, Avadh, † 1586 in Lahaur ) was Finance Minister of the Mughal emperor Akbar.

Todar time was a Hindu Raja and. As finance minister of Akbar, he organized the new financial management and changed the bureaucratic language of Hindi in Persian used in it. For Akbar he presented a work on Hindu customs together. He also wrote about the cultural and literary significance of Sanskrit.
